How to Get Your Life Unstuck
Anyone ever feel like your in sinking sand and your overwhelmed about #allthethings ?! Anyone? Pretty sure we’ve all felt that way one time or another. It’s definitely not a good feeling. Here are a few things I’ve learned over the years that help me to get moving.
Take a deep breath, meditate, pray or a moment to just be still.
Accomplish and take care of a few quick and easy items first.
Turn on your favorite playlist and feel the music, maybe even breakout a couple of dance moves.
Do a quick pick up of the area around you, a clean environment helps clear the mind.
Cancel or postpone anything that doesn't really need doing at the moment.
Set realistic goals.
Share your thoughts and/or workload with others, delegate.
Be gracious and kind to yourself.
Now go out there and accomplish what you can today and let go of the rest till tomorrow! What are some of your ways to #getunstuck ?
