Wellness is generally defined as a state of well-being.

Well-being is a whole body approach including nutrition, physical, and spiritual components.  Each one seems separate, but all are deeply interconnected.

Our bodies are not machines – they require rest and lots of care. When both our mind and body are healthy, we feel better, allowing us to achieve better results and whole-body wellness.
