Chocolate Brookie Bites

 

These little bites of goodness have a rich chocolate flavor and are a quick homemade recipe for a special treat!

INGREDIENTS

6 TBS butter, unsalted

8 oz dark chocolate, or dark chocolate chips

½ cup gluten free flour

¼ cup cacao

¼ tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

½ cup coconut sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

Optional vitality oils suggestions for extra yum: (you pick)

orange, peppermint, cinnamon bark or thieves.

 DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven 350

  • line mini muffin pan with liners.

  • melt butter and chocolate together on low heat. Set aside to cool.

  • sift dry ingredients together; flour, cacao, bp, salt

  • mix coconut sugar, eggs, vanilla

  • add melted chocolate mixture to egg mixture

  • then add in the flour mixture

  • scoop 1 tablespoon amount into mini muffin pan

  • bake 10-11 minutes
