THIRTY-ONE DAYS OF GREEN

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Studies show that we were MADE (literally God made our bodies this way) to consume GREEN THINGS. Our bodies THRIVE when we give it green, living things. Everything from maintaining healthy blood sugar & blood cholesterol to burning body fat & providing clarity of thinking. SAY WHAT?!

  • Oh and did I mention how DELICIOUS green things can be 

  • And we know how amazing Young Living’s green oils/products are in wellness too. So we’ll be sharing about them along the way.

  • Keep your eyes peeled for recipes and tips from others too!

HOW DOES THE CHALLENGE WORK?

The main goal is to eat at least ONE green thing every single day and use a green Young Living oil/product! THAT'S IT.

Make it work for you! If the absolute BEST you can do is throw some greens in a smoothie or eat greens as a side dish, then GOOD FOR YOU! We'll take it!

Really and truly though, we’d love for you to aim for something green, at least one time per day.

By the end of March, your heart and brain and organs are going to show you many thanks by how they feel!

Comment, participate, ask questions, share stories and photos throughout the month. This group challenge was created to build community and to better ourselves, so have fun with it!

Q: I already eat one green thing each day and use a green Young Living product. What else can I do?

A: Challenge yourself by shooting to eat 2 raw meals per day. Go for a green thing with each meal of the day. Create new DIY recipes with your green Young Living products.
