Pina Colada Mocktail or Cocktail

 

Do you like pina coladas, getting caught in the rain…Oh there is nothing like a pina coloada to unwind during a warm afternoon.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Pineapple juice, 100%

  • 2-4 oz. Coconut milk

  • 2-4 drops orange OR lime essential oil

  • Fill rest of glass with coconut water

  • Top with ice and whipped coconut cream if desired

Optional: replace coconut water with champagne or rum for a cocktail
