Autumn Scotchies
Autumn Scotchie’s are one of my favorite childhood cookies next to the good ole’ chocolate chip. They’re a comfy recipe with a carmely flavor and packed full of goodness. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do! likeshop.me/lilys_sweets
INGREDIENTS
1 1⁄4cups gluten-free flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup butter, softened
3⁄4 cup coconut sugar
2 eggs
2-4 drops Thieves Essential oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups Old-Fashioned Oats
2 cups Lily’s Pumpkin Spice baking chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.
Beat butter, coconut sugar, eggs, Thieves Essential Oil and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
Combine flour mixture into egg mixture.
Stir in oats and baking chips.
Drop by rounded Tablespoonful onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 7 to 8 minutes for chewy cookies, 9 to 10 minutes for crisp cookies.
Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes, remove to cool completely.
